We are super excited to announce that the Mill Villa Estates expansion construction is underway. A total of 35 brand new mobile homes will be available for purchase starting in Spring 2022. The construction crew is hard at work grading the site. The installation of utilities will begin soon. The site project manager has managed to stay on track even with the recent rainy days.
