Mother Lode Fair
The Mother Lode Fair is back once more to bring fun for the whole family! To kick off the summer, families can enjoy all the delicious fair food, watch the concerts, take part in the auctions, and ride the rides. There will also be truck and tractor pulls, and even monster trucks in the arena!

Expansion Update
Our brand new homes are proceeding nicely, with beautiful two and three bedrooms available now! Three more three-bedroom units are nearing completion at the top of the hill, making that much more room for new residents! Landscaping is underway to further add to the beautiful sights and views of the area. We are very excited for the interest shown in our homes, and are very excited to be welcoming people into our wonderful community! NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM
We are thrilled to welcome our new management team here at Mill Villa! Jamie Mastaw will be joining us as our new Community Manager. He comes to us with over thirty years of experience and is excited to settle in to our peaceful community. As he sorts everything out here, he is looking forward to helping residents with any needs or questions. Coming to us from the Palm Desert area, he and his dog Frankie can’t wait to be settled in to their new home here at Mill Villa.
We are pleased to also welcome Nathan Couch to our team as our new Sales Associate. With the expansion well underway, Nathan is here to help us bring some new faces into our community. He has ten years in customer service and is also eager to jump in and help wherever he might be needed. Recently married, and a new homeowner himself, Nathan is thrilled to be entering this new chapter of his life, and we are happy to be able to have him here with us.
