Ground breaking news! Literally! The weather has had a big impact on the expansion project, however conditions are now dry and production continues.
Starting at 7 AM sharp and ending at 5 PM Monday – Friday and Saturdays 8 AM – 5 PM crews are busy digging trenches, laying down electrical lines, revising home pad layouts and preparing the ground work for our new extended community.
New Updates:
- The Sewer main is complete and Storm drain work has started.
Plans have been approved by PG&E for electrical design. - Comcast is scheduled to begin designs for cable installation.
- IPG teams are in the process of reviewing home designs and working on final designs and phasing plans.
- Plans are set to include guest parking and a new mail center for additional convenience.
- New street signs & site map has been ordered.
- Site work is expected to be completed in April 2022.
- Spring 2022 is the projected date homes will begin to be set.
At the end of the day, or anytime of the day for that matter, residents will be able to sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful scenery here at Mill Villa Estates by walking or driving up to the view-point at the end of the road on Ariel Court.
