Construction & Expansion Updates
- Site grading is underway.
- Working on revised home pad layouts.
- The Sewer main and Storm drain work is complete.
- Main PG&E electrical service has started. About 30% complete.
- Comcast work is also about 30% complete.
- Retaining wall modifications and work is about 60% complete.
- IPG teams are in the process of reviewing home designs and working on final designs and phasing plans.
- Many different home designs have been submitted.
- Guest parking will be added.
- Mail center will be located next to guest parking area.
- A bench will be added at the upper cul-de-sac.
- New street signs & site map has been ordered.
- Home site landscaping being finalized.
- All site inspections have passed to date.
- Site work is expected to be completed in April 2022.
- Spring 2022 is the projected date homes will begin to be set.
- Our model home is scheduled to be ready to tour by the end of April.
