Greetings Gold Country! We are excited to report that on December 8, 2022 we had a Grand Opening for our thirty five home expansion. We had a wonderful turnout with members of the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors and the Mayor of Jamestown, Mr. Mark Plummer. The local Fire District sent a truck and representatives that had some awesome information for fire safety as well. Rockin BBQ catered tri-tip and BBQ chicken with an array of delicious sides. There was a ribbon cutting, music and beautiful homes to view, as well as a mixture of residents and prospective residents to talk with and get to know. There was a fun raffle with lovely gift baskets and we signed on offer to purchase on a new home as well. That lucky person will be receiving a new TV on the day their sale closes.
We are currently holding Open Houses every Saturday from 10am to 2pm and would love to have every one come by and see these gorgeous homes that our beautiful community has to offer.
