We are super excited as thirteen new homes have arrived! Work is in progress on eleven of the thirteen homes in Phase 1 of our expansion. The set-up crew is busy marrying each half of the home, pouring concrete driveways, building stairs, carports, and sheds, adding skirting, hooking up utilities and appliances, laying carpet, and executing all the finishing touches both inside and out. Two of the thirteen homes are ready to tour and available for purchase.
Come on by this Saturday, February 18 for our Open House from 10 AM to 2 PM. Tour the beautiful models and see all the new homes we have for sale. Just look for the Model and Home Sales flags, Open House signs and balloons. We look forward to seeing you there!
